About this surface
Calacatta Amber QC
Bold amber and caramel veins with a textured, almost woven inner pattern cut across a pale grey white ground. Fine dark hairlines link the main veins, and a single smoky cross mark adds a touch of darker contrast.
Questions
About Calacatta Amber QC
Calacatta Amber QC is an engineered quartz surface: crushed natural quartz bound with polymer resin and pigments. It is a manufactured material, not a natural stone. Quartz City describes its quartz as natural quartz, minerals and resin. It publishes no percentages and does not name its manufacturer.
Our listing shows Calacatta Amber QC in a polished finish and 20 mm and 30 mm thicknesses. Your quotation states the finish and thickness we have priced.
For everyday cleaning use a soft cloth with warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid, and wipe up spills promptly. Use a chopping board rather than cutting on the surface, a trivet or heat mat under hot pans, and avoid bleach, abrasive pads and harsh cleaners.
Calacatta Amber QC costs £375–£550 per m², supplied, fabricated and installed. Your quotation is itemised and depends on your worktop and location.
Quartz City's 10-year warranty covers the original owner and first installation. It needs an invoice from an Approved Fabricator and excludes discontinued colours and outdoor use. Stoneone's 2-year workmanship guarantee is separate, and we confirm the warranty that applies to your order in writing.
