About this surface
Calacatta Bronze HS
Wide veins of bronze, taupe and grey brown run across a cool white ground in long diagonal sweeps, joined by thin dark hairlines. Inside the broader veins the colour is layered and slightly feathered, which gives each stroke real depth.
Questions
About Calacatta Bronze HS
Calacatta Bronze HS is an engineered quartz surface: crushed natural quartz bound with polymer resin and pigments. It is a manufactured material, not a natural stone. Horizon Stone is the affordable range sold by Classic Quartz Stone, which states that its slabs are 93 percent quartz and 7 percent resin.
Our listing shows Calacatta Bronze HS in a polished finish and 20 mm and 30 mm thicknesses. Your quotation states the finish and thickness we have priced.
For everyday cleaning use a soft cloth with warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid, and wipe up spills promptly. Use a chopping board rather than cutting on the surface, a trivet or heat mat under hot pans, and avoid bleach, abrasive pads and harsh cleaners. Horizon Stone says its quartz needs no sealing.
Calacatta Bronze HS costs £375–£550 per m², supplied, fabricated and installed. Your quotation is itemised and depends on your worktop and location.
Classic Quartz Stone's warranty for the Horizon Stone range is 10 years against slab defects for residential owner-occupiers, with registration. It excludes scratches, fabrication and installation faults, and discontinued colours. Stoneone's 2-year workmanship guarantee is separate, and we confirm the warranty that applies to your order in writing.
