About this surface
Costal Clay HS
Soft white and warm putty layers run in long horizontal streaks, with fine taupe lines tracing the edges of each band. The effect resembles stratified limestone, calm in colour yet full of gentle sideways movement.
Questions
About Costal Clay HS
Costal Clay HS is an engineered quartz surface: crushed natural quartz bound with polymer resin and pigments. It is a manufactured material, not a natural stone. Horizon Stone is the affordable range sold by Classic Quartz Stone, which states that its slabs are 93 percent quartz and 7 percent resin.
Our listing shows Costal Clay HS in a polished finish and 20 mm and 30 mm thicknesses. Your quotation states the finish and thickness we have priced.
For everyday cleaning use a soft cloth with warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid, and wipe up spills promptly. Use a chopping board rather than cutting on the surface, a trivet or heat mat under hot pans, and avoid bleach, abrasive pads and harsh cleaners. Horizon Stone says its quartz needs no sealing.
Costal Clay HS costs £375–£550 per m², supplied, fabricated and installed. Your quotation is itemised and depends on your worktop and location.
Classic Quartz Stone's warranty for the Horizon Stone range is 10 years against slab defects for residential owner-occupiers, with registration. It excludes scratches, fabrication and installation faults, and discontinued colours. Stoneone's 2-year workmanship guarantee is separate, and we confirm the warranty that applies to your order in writing.
