Very busy and rugged, this stone mixes rust brown, caramel and sandy beige chunks with patches of slate blue grey. The pieces overlap like crushed rock set in a warm mortar, with no clear direction to the pattern. It has a bold, earthy look that is full of variety from one corner to the next.

Havergate Cambria is an engineered quartz surface: crushed natural quartz bound with polymer resin and pigments. It is a manufactured material, not a natural stone. Cambria's website, which is its US site (we found no UK edition), describes its surfaces as natural quartz with pigments and binders.

For everyday cleaning use a soft cloth with warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid, and wipe up spills promptly.
