About this surface
Ice Crystal
Pale cream white scattered with fine light beige and grey grains, plus the odd tiny dark dot. The speckle is small and even, giving a soft, sandy texture without any veining. Overall the tone stays light, warm and calm.
Questions
About Ice Crystal
Ice Crystal is an engineered quartz surface: crushed natural quartz bound with polymer resin and pigments. It is a manufactured material, not a natural stone. London Quartz Stone does not say who makes its quartz or what it contains. Its pages describe engineered quartz in six ranges: Calacatta, Carrara, Designer, Pure, Crystal and Mirror.
Our listing shows Ice Crystal in a polished finish and 20 mm and 30 mm thicknesses. Your quotation states the finish and thickness we have priced.
For everyday cleaning use a soft cloth with warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid, and wipe up spills promptly. Use a chopping board rather than cutting on the surface, a trivet or heat mat under hot pans, and avoid bleach, abrasive pads and harsh cleaners.
Ice Crystal costs £450–£700 per m², supplied, fabricated and installed. Your quotation is itemised and depends on your worktop and location.
London Quartz Stone offers a 15 year warranty from the date of purchase, as long as its maintenance guidelines are followed. It does not cover cracks, heat damage, abnormal use, marks and colour variation, or normal wear and tear. Stoneone's 2-year workmanship guarantee is separate, and we confirm the warranty that applies to your order in writing.
No. Another surface on our site shares this name but comes from a different brand, so the look, finish, thicknesses and price can differ. This one is London Quartz Stone (polished finish, 20 mm and 30 mm, £450–£700 per m²). The others: Orient Quartz Stone (polished finish, 20 mm and 30 mm, £275–£375 per m²). Check the brand on the product page you are looking at.
