How It Works
From template to fitted kitchen
Every installation follows the same four-stage process. We manage each stage in-house so that quality and timing are always in our hands.
Template Visit
Laser-precise templating
Before any stone is cut, our templater visits your kitchen with laser measuring equipment. We record every dimension, confirm cut-out positions for your sink and hob, agree edge profiles, and check that your cabinets are level and square. This precision is what ensures a perfect fit on installation day.
Typically within 5 working days of deposit
Fabrication
Cut and finished in our UK workshop
Your worktop panels are cut, profiled, and polished at our dedicated UK fabrication facility. We use CNC waterjet cutting for accuracy to within 0.5 mm, and every edge is hand-finished and quality-checked before leaving the workshop.
7–10 working days after template
Delivery
Careful, specialist transport
Stone is heavy and fragile in transit. We use our own specialist vehicles with padded A-frame racking to deliver every order. Panels are inspected before loading and on arrival at your property. We will never leave a delivery without your sign-off.

Fitting
Professional installation, same day
Our installation team removes your old worktops, carries in the new panels, beds them in position, seams any joints, completes all cut-outs, applies sealant to natural stone surfaces, and leaves your kitchen clean and ready to use. Most kitchens are completed in a single day.

What is the typical total lead time?
From accepting your quote and paying a deposit, you can expect installation within 2–3 weeks. The template visit is usually within 5 working days, fabrication takes 7–10 working days, and installation is then scheduled to suit you.
Can I request an urgent turnaround?
In some circumstances we can expedite fabrication. If you have a tight deadline — for example, you are moving house — please let us know when requesting a quote and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What time do your installation teams arrive?
Our teams typically arrive between 7:30 am and 9:00 am. We will confirm a more precise arrival window the working day before installation. An adult must be present throughout the installation.
