Product Warranty
10-Year Material Warranty
Every worktop we supply is covered against manufacturing defects for 10 years from the date of installation. This warranty is transferable to new owners if the property is sold.
Installation Guarantee
2-Year Workmanship Guarantee
Our installation work — templating, fitting, seaming, and cut-outs — is guaranteed for 2 years. If any workmanship issue arises, we will return and resolve it at no cost to you.

What the product warranty covers
Our product warranty applies to the stone material and all fabrication work carried out at our workshop.
Covered
- ✓Manufacturing defects in the stone or engineered material
- ✓Delamination or structural failure of quartz composite panels
- ✓Colour or pattern inconsistency beyond natural stone variation
- ✓Defects in edge profiling or surface finishing carried out during fabrication
- ✓Premature cracking or fracturing under normal domestic use
Not Covered
- ✕Damage caused by impact, dropping heavy objects, or misuse
- ✕Thermal shock from placing very hot items directly on the surface
- ✕Staining due to failure to seal or maintain natural stone
- ✕Damage caused by harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive products
- ✕Normal variation in colour, veining, or pattern inherent to natural stone
- ✕Wear, etching, or patina on marble considered part of natural ageing
- ✕Work carried out by third-party contractors after installation
2-Year Installation Guarantee
What the installation guarantee covers
Our workmanship guarantee covers all aspects of the installation carried out by our employed fitting teams.
Covered
- ✓Workmanship defects in the fitting and securing of worktop panels
- ✓Improper seaming or jointing between worktop sections
- ✓Incorrect positioning of sink or hob cut-outs
- ✓Failure of adhesive or support brackets installed by our team
- ✓Any damage to cabinetry or appliances directly caused by our fitters during installation
Not Covered
- ✕Settlement or movement of the base cabinets themselves
- ✕Damage arising after modifications made by third parties post-installation
- ✕Issues caused by changes to the kitchen structure after installation
Making a Claim
How to make a warranty claim
Our aftercare process is designed to be straightforward. We aim to acknowledge all claims within one working day.
Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the defect. Note the date you first noticed it and any relevant context — for example, whether the issue appeared immediately after installation or developed over time.

Assessment
We will review your photographs and, where needed, arrange a visit by one of our technical team to inspect the worktop in person. We aim to carry out assessments within 5 working days of the initial claim.
Resolution
Valid warranty claims are resolved through repair, partial replacement, or full replacement at our discretion. We will always choose the most appropriate remedy to restore your worktop to the standard you expect.
