Imperial HS is an engineered quartz surface, typically composed of 90–94% crushed natural quartz crystal, bound with polymer resin and mineral pigments. With a Mohs hardness rating of 7, quartz is exceptionally hard and durable for kitchen use. The precise ratio of quartz aggregate, resin and pigment controls both the visual appearance and the surface performance. All engineered quartz slabs are manufactured to strict tolerances and tested for durability and finish quality.

Our experienced installation teams use precision laser templating technology to capture the exact measurements of your kitchen down to sub-millimetre accuracy. A specialist templater visits your home to digitally map every contour, cutout and edge detail, no guesswork, no generic measurements. We then fabricate your worktop to these exact dimensions before returning to install it with care and precision. From templating to final installation, the process typically takes around 2 weeks.

Imperial HS is extremely low maintenance. Because the surface is non-porous, it never requires sealing or polishing. For everyday cleaning, simply wipe with a damp lint-free cloth and a small amount of mild washing-up liquid. Avoid harsh bleach, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Always use a heat mat or trivet for hot pans, no quartz surface should have prolonged direct contact with extreme heat. No specialist products are required; warm water and mild soap is all you need day-to-day.
